Vertical longitudinal seam welding tools are mainly used for variable polarity plasma welding. Vertical variable polarity plasma longitudinal seam welding machine adopts cross hole variable polarity plasma welding method. No groove, single side welding, double sided free forming, one penetration of medium and heavy aluminum alloy. An aluminum alloy with a thickness of 3~12mm welded.

The welding method

The key board is designed with a certain swing ability, so that the key board can be attached to the surface of the workpiece strictly according to the shape of the workpiece. The weld cleaning is simple and easy to obtain the quality of primary weld;
One side welding and double face forming, the workpiece deformation is obviously small;
The stability of the arc column is straight, and the diameter of the arc column in the whole arc length varies little. When the arc column is longer, it can still keep stable combustion, and there is no disadvantage that free arc is easy to float;
