SB-10B1 DC24V/DC42V OTC Connector Wire Feeder

The core part of the OTC Connector Wire Feeder. The device is mainly composed of a wire feeding motor and a gear box, on which a wire feeding roller and a pressing roller are mounted. The pressing roller is pressed against the wire feed wheel by a roller frame and a pressing handle, and the pressing handle can be adjusted according to the wire diameter Adjust the size of the compression force. Behind it is the wire straightening mechanism, which consists of three rollers, the distance between them can be adjusted according to wire conditions. In front of the wire feed wheel is the wire guide portion, which consists of a guide bushing and an outlet guide tube. The wire is sent from the groove of the wire feed wheel and the guide pipe is used as the inlet to ensure that the wire always enters the wire feed hose smoothly from the groove of the wire feed wheel. In order to fix the guide bush, the OTC Connector 42V Feeder also has a compression spring.
